This seminar will include advanced discussions on the following topics centered around a common workers' compensation fact pattern:

- Concurrent Leaves of Absence (FMLA,ADA, and Workers' Compensation);
- Return to Work/Transitional Work Issues;
- Workers' Compensation Subrogation; and
- How the Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act Will Affect Workers' Comp.
Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. Registration is $10. A continental breakfast will be provided.
